What does it provide to WU faculty?
- Budget, Expenditure and Available Balance data on all of your WU accounts/funds.
- PI can view Co-PI allocations/accounts in other divisions/departments/schools.
- Drill down capability to reports and detail transactions (including payroll).
- Download reports to Excel or PDF formats.
- Available 24/7 via secure website.
Who can access the FFR?
- Any faculty member who is the PI of a fund, or the owner of a fund.
- A faculty member can designate an individual within their lab/department to receive full access to his/her accounts/funds.
- An administrator with reporting access to particular division/department.
Where can you access the FFR?
- Type “FFR” in the Search Box on the WUSTL homepage or the School of Medicine ’s homepage.
- Faculty/staff must utilize their six digit numeric employee ID number.
- The password is the same one that you used for HRMS self-service and the Research Administration System. If you need assistance with ID or password, contact the Help Desk at 314-935-5707 .
